This recipe is a simple, no-fuss way to bake chicken. It is perfect for busy weeknights or when you want a healthy, home-cooked meal. The chicken is coated in a light seasoning of paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, then baked until it is juicy and tender.  ½ c Mayonnaise
 4 Boned and skinned chicken
 ¼ c Grated Parmesan cheese
 halves
 2 tb Prepared mustard
  c Corn flake crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl.

Measure out 1/3 cupand refrigerate.

Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining mixture.

Coat well with crumbs.

Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan.

Bakein preheated 400oven 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.

Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
