 1 1/4 c Sugar
 1 ts Vanilla
 3 ea Eggs

Preheat oven to 300 deg f.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Stirin eggs, flour, buttermilk, and vanilla.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake untilknife tip comes out clean, about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Cool slightlybefore serving.
