Perfect Pasta Everytime is a simple recipe for perfectly cooked pasta. It includes just a few ingredients and can be made in minutes. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or for entertaining guests.

 2 oz Dry pasta (any type)

Fill large stock pot with water (6 to 8 quarts).

Pasta should haveenough room to swim around freely.

(you need at least 1 quart of water foreach 4 oz.

After water has come to a rolling boil, add salt (1 tablespoon perpound of dry pasta).

DO NOT ADD OIL, it will make the sauce slide off.

Pour pasta in water and stir constantly until water returns to boiling.

Start timimg the pasta once the water is boiling.
