 4 c PIZZA SAUCE
 12 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded

ea)1/2 ts Garlic powder3/4 ts Basil3/4 ts Onion powder1 ts Salt6 tb Parmesan cheese, grated3/4 ts Oregano1/2 ts M.

or Accent (optional)1/2 ts Black pepper 12 OZ.

UNCOOKED MOSTACCIOLIFor the Sauce: Place tomato puree in a large bowl.

Add all sauceingredients and mix well.

For the Pasta: Cook the Mostaccolli according to package directions, about7 minutes.

Drain, and place in the bowl with the sauce.

Cut pepperonislices in quarters.

Add 2 cups (8oz.

) mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni.

Mix well.

Place in a 3 quart Glass baking dish.

Sprinkle with theremaining cheese.
