This potato casserole recipe is a twist on the classic dish. It features cheesy potatoes, bacon, and a sour cream and chive topping.

 1 tb Salt
 ½ lb Velveeta cheese
 1 pt Sour cream
 1 Stick margarine
 bits
 1 lg Can Pet milk

Boil potatoes with jackets on.

Place in refrigerator overnight or severalhours.

Grate potatoes and place in casserole dish (9 x 13).

Melt Velveetacheese with 1 stick margarine.

Add Pet milk and salt.

Pour over potatoesand bake at 375for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread sour creamover potatoes.

Sprinkle with bacon bits.

Return to oven and bake foranother 10 minutes.
