Sesame soy vinaigrette is a light and refreshing dressing made with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of honey. It's perfect for tossed salads, Asian-inspired dishes, and more!
½ ts Sugar
¼ c Vegetable oil
2 ts Soy sauce
2 ts Sesame seeds, toasted
2 tb Rice vinegar
and cooled
2 tb Oriental sesame oil

In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the soy sauce, the vinegar, and salt totaste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette untilit is emulsified.

Stir in the sesame seeds.

Makes about 1/2 cup.
