Stuffed liver is a dish made from liver that has been cooked and then stuffed with a filling. The filling can be made from a variety of ingredients, such as bread crumbs, onions, garlic, and herbs. The liver is then baked or fried.

 1 x bread stuffing recipe
 3 ea Salt pork
 1 x Flour
 1 x Salt

Wash the liver in cold salted water and dry well.

Make an incision in thethickest part, using a sharp knife.

Fill with bread stuffing.

Season wellwith salt and pepper and dredge with flour.

Place in roasting pan and placestrips of salt pork on top.

Add a little water and roast at 450-F for 15minutes.

Reduce heat to 350-F and continue cooking for 45 minutes.

Servewith cooked spinach and baked potatoes.
