Texas Hash (M_C-Tx) Recipe

There are many recipes for Texas Hash, but most of them contain beef, beans, and tomatoes.

 1 Large onion, chopped
 1 1/2 c Macaroni
 and pepper to taste
 1 cn Tomatoes
 ½ c Green pepper
 1 cn Peas (No. 2 size)
 1 1/2 c Grated cheese
 1 lg Can chili without beans
 ½ c Celery

Saute onion, chopped green pepper, and celery in 3 tablespoons of oil.

Thenadd tomatoes, peas and chili without beans.

Mix all together and put inbaking dish.

Put the grated cheese on top and bake about 45 minutes at 350.

Boil macaroni 10 minutes and then drain before adding to casserole.
