The Perfect Pancake Recipe

There is no one perfect pancake recipe. However, a good pancake recipe will include flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and butter.

 1 1/2 c Milk
 1 ts Sugar
 3 tb Melted vegetable shortening
 1 ts Salt

 1 1/2 c Flour

Sift baking powder, sugar, salt into a bowl.

Add eggs, milk and shortening(shortening can melted in microwave at high for approximately 2.
