This is a casserole made with a can of Veg-All, which is a mix of vegetables. It also has cream of mushroom soup and cheese.
2 cn Veg-all (drained)
½ c Chopped onion
1 c Chopped celery
½ c Grated cheddar cheese
½ c Sliced water chestnuts
1 c Mayonnaise

Place in buttered casserole.

Cut up one stick oleo and place on top.

Crumble Ritz crackers on top.

Bake at 350for 25 minutes.
