Barbecue Sauce (Justin Wilson) Recipe

1 1/2 cups catsup1 cup dark brown sugar1/2 cup cider vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon dry mustard1 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon garlic powderIn a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the catsup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

 1 tb Garlic, chopped
 ½ ts Mint, dried
 2 tb Lemon juice
 3 tb Vinegar
 1 c Sweet pepper, chopped
 1 tb Liquid smoke
 1 tb Salt
 2 c Ketchup
 ½ c Parsley, dried
 ½ tb Louisiana hot sauce

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to holdthem.
