COAT CHICKEN WITH FLOUR AND BROWN IN SKILLET IN HOT OIL.

IN A SEPARATESKILLET, MELT BUTTER AND SAUTE THE ONION, GREEN PEPPER AND GARLIC UNTILTENDER.
