Peanut Butter Pie (6/3/93) Recipe

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell1 cup peanut butter1 cup sugar3 tablespoons all-purpose flour2 eggs1/2 cup milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractCream peanut butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour and eggs and mix well. Add milk and vanilla and mix until well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.

 1 c Powdered sugar
 9 oz Frozen, whipped topping -
 peanuts for garnish

Combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, milk and topping.

Beat atlow speed until fluffy.

Pour into pie shell and chill until firm.

Garnishwith peanuts.
