  cup Sesame seed paste ('Tahini' in Arabic)
 ¾ Garlic cloves
  tsp Salt
 ¾ tbsp Lemon juice
  cup Water
FOR GARNISH
 Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the tahini and the water - keep stirring until it becomes a thick paste.

Add the lemon and stir. Then add the crushed garlic and salt and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, slowly add more water.
