INGREDIENTS

 ½ Cauliflower
 Sunflower oil
FOR GARNISH
 Cumin (powder)
 Paprika (powder)

INSTRUCTIONS

1

In a pot, heat the sunflower oil on high. Place the florets in the oil making sure their stems are submerged and fry for a minute. Then cover the pot, lower the heat to medium, and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Make sure to turn the florets over halfway through so they cook on all sides.

2

Uncover the pot, put the heat back on high, and continue to fry the cauliflower. Keep watching and turning the florets over to make sure they don’t burn. The cauliflower should become a nice golden color. Once fried, place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
