Chicken Kiev is a traditional Ukrainian dish that consists of chicken breasts pounded thin, rolled around a butter-filled garlic-herb mixture, then breaded and fried.

 ½ c butter
 2 ea eggs
 3 ea cloves garlic, diced
 ½ c scallions, diced fine
 ¼ c lemon juice
 3 c cracker crumbs
 ½ ts mixed vegetable seasoning
 ½ c grated Parmesan cheese
 2 ea chicken breasts

In a fry pan, melt butter and saute garlic with lemon juice andseasoning.

Using flavorizer, inject breasts with butter mix.

(Theflavorizer can be purchased at any kitchen supply store.

It looksmuch like the needle a doctor uses for injections, and it's use isalso similar.

) Add remaining liquid to eggs and beat.

In a separatebowl, combine scallions, cracker crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.

Dipbreasts in egg mixture, then into cracker mixture.

Bake at 350degrees for 30 minutes.
