PLACE STEAKS IN ACLOSE FITTING PAN AND POUR OILS OVER THE TOP.

LET STAND FOR 1 HOUR AT ROOMTEMPERATURE.

PLACE STEAKS ON A RACK IN THE BROILER PAN.
