Two-Cheese Pasta Florentine is a recipe that combines two types of cheese, usually a sharp cheese like Parmesan and a milder cheese like mozzarella. The cheeses are combined with cooked spinach, garlic, and a variety of other ingredients, then baked until bubbly and golden brown.
